Credit terms are Net 10 upon weekly invoice unless previously arranged by management. Any past due bill will have a $5 OR 1.5% finance charge added to the bill. Past due accounts will be applied to a company credit card 45 days after due date. Customers will incur a $30.00 charge for returned checks. Customer is liable for court and legal fees for uncollected charges.


Policies:

Quotes given by drivers and Internet are based on information provided by you. If the information is incorrect you will be billed the actual rate of services.


Wait Fee:

A driver will wait for a package for 15 minutes then there will be a Wait Time Fee of $.35 a minute that will be charged to the customers account.


Return Fee:

If there is no one to receive packages you will be called immediately. If there is no answer the second time we will not be liable for the delivery and you will be charged for the return delivery.


Weight Fee:

Weight carried is up to 250lbs per package. If a package weighs more than this, customer will be charged at the rate of $.04 per lb.


Multiple Packages:

Multiple packages which are going from one address to the same address will be allowed, providing the number of packages size and weight are stated when the order is placed, up to a total of 5 packages. More than 5 packages will be charged at the rate of $5.35 per package.

Wildfire Express Delivery shall not be held responsible for delay of any delivery due to weather conditions, traffic, mechanical failures, act of God, or any other occurance beyond its control. All packages must be properly wrapped and clearly labled.
